On September 22, the 2026 Fortune China 40 Under 40 List was officially unveiled. Liu Xiaohui, Founder and President of BIBO, was successfully named to the list.
This marks the 16th consecutive year that Fortune has released the list, which is regarded as an important window for observing generational shifts in China’s business landscape. Other outstanding business elites including Wang Xingxing, Yang Zhilin and Zhang Xue also made this year’s list.

As Founder and President of BIBO, Liu Xiaohui has over a decade of deep‑rooted experience in the industry. He defines himself as an “industry innovator‑transformer”, driving BIBO’s accelerated breakthroughs through his own continuous iteration.
To date, BIBO has achieved mass production of full‑stack chassis products covering the X, Y and Z axes. Backed by superior product quality and reliable delivery capabilities, the company has earned high‑level trust from customers and widespread industry recognition. Its innovatively built three‑pronged technology platforms — Software, Hardware and Converged System — alongside the X‑Y‑Z multi‑axis integrated intelligent control solution, have emerged as standout innovations drawing significant attention from leading automakers at home and abroad.
Liu Xiaohui was named to Fortune China’s 40 Under 40 Most Promising Business Leaders list in 2025. His elevation to the main list this year represents further recognition of his mission to “turn technological narratives into commercial reality”.
