Cooperate with system, software teams or equipment integrators to build and maintain test environments, and utilize tools to monitor system metrics such as response time and error rate.
Regularly analyze data from One-box high/low voltage tests, angle sensor calibration, linear displacement sensor calibration, as well as assembly NVH and tightness inspection. Conduct regression analysis to implement preventive interventions against potential failure modes.
Summarize issues and corresponding solutions from all test stations on a weekly basis and report to the direct supervisor.
Optimize test logic to reduce cycle time of test stations.
Establish a test lessons-learned database and deliver training to internal staff.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), including project review, prototype trial production and issue tracking.
Take ownership of the First Pass Yield (FPY) of test stations on the assigned assembly lines.
Proactively accept overtime arrangements arising from increased workload of business departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or other related disciplines.
Over 7 years of professional testing experience; candidates with a solid background in brake system testing (One-box, EPB, ESC) or steer-by-wire chassis testing are preferred.
In-depth experience with vehicle bus protocols (CAN / CAN FD / LIN) and industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT.
Proficient in LabVIEW.
Strong systematic methodology, data analysis and fault diagnosis capabilities.
Competent English proficiency for reading technical documents and necessary international technical communication.

1. Factory Facility Operation & Maintenance Management (Facility)
Take charge of daily operation and management of all factory utility systems, including air compressors, central air conditioning, clean ventilation, water supply & drainage, purified water, compressed air, power distribution systems, lighting, fire-fighting power supply, waste gas & wastewater treatment, HVAC systems, etc. Ensure 24-hour stable operation of equipment to meet production process and workshop environmental requirements.
Manage factory building infrastructure, covering workshop floors, ceilings, partitions, doors & windows, pipeline cable trays, loading docks, factory roads, rainwater & sewage pipe networks, hazardous waste warehouses and auxiliary material warehouse infrastructure. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance, and establish facility ledgers, inspection standards and maintenance schedules.
Lead on-site follow-up, construction supervision, acceptance and handover of factory technical renovations, production line upgrades, workshop layout adjustments, new power supporting projects and renovation works. Control construction safety, quality and progress throughout the projects.
Manage outsourced construction teams (electrical & plumbing, civil engineering, HVAC and maintenance contractors). Standardize operating procedures and construction permits, and implement strict control over hot work and working at height to eliminate risks of irregular construction.
Be responsible for factory energy management: compile statistical data of water, electricity and gas consumption, analyze abnormal energy consumption, implement energy-saving renovation projects, and reduce factory operational energy costs.
Establish a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) preventive maintenance system for facilities. Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly maintenance plans to lower facility failure rates and improve the operational stability of utility systems.
2. EHS Compliance Management
System Implementation: Strictly implement ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Improve EHS documents, records and ledgers to ensure zero non-conformities during annual audits, customer audits and third-party audits.
Work Safety Management: Conduct daily factory safety patrols, hazard identification and rectification, establish hazard ledgers and closed-loop rectification mechanisms. Approve and provide on-site supervision for high-risk operations including hot work, working at height, confined space entry, temporary electricity use and lifting operations.
Fire Safety Management: Perform daily inspection, maintenance and annual inspection of the full-plant fire protection systems (fire hydrants, smoke detectors, heat detectors, sprinklers, fire pumps, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, etc.). Organize fire drills and emergency response drills, and optimize fire emergency response plans.
Occupational Health Management: Coordinate occupational hazard factor testing in workshops, occupational health physical examinations for on-site staff, PPE management and distribution, occupational hazard public notification and hazard warning sign management to prevent occupational diseases.
Environmental Compliance Management: Manage the full lifecycle of waste gas, wastewater, noise, solid waste and hazardous waste. Implement classification, storage, transfer and ledger recording of hazardous waste, liaise with environmental authorities for routine inspections, guarantee factory environmental compliance, and avoid environmental penalties and public opinion risks.
3. Training, Emergency Response & Continuous Improvement
Deliver three-level safety induction training for new employees, certification and renewal training for special operation workers, and company-wide safety awareness training, with complete training archives retained.
Develop emergency response plans for factory emergencies (fire, chemical leakage, power outage, confined space accidents, etc.) and organize regular drills to enhance the factory’s emergency disposal capacity.
Implement EHS continuous improvement projects, promote on-site 6S management, safety standardization and visual management, rectify on-site violations and hazard sources, and continuously reduce the factory’s overall safety risk level.
Investigate and analyze work accidents and near-miss incidents, issue rectification reports and formulate preventive measures to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.
4. Audit & Document ManagementLiaise with government work safety and environmental protection authorities, customers (OEM/Tier 1 suppliers) and third-party auditors. Prepare relevant documents for EHS and facility management, follow up on rectification and closed-loop handling of audit findings, and ensure the factory passes all compliance audits smoothly.
